The first stage: crushing and screening – three sections of closed circuit broken
The bulk manganese ore is uniformly sent to the jaw crusher or the mobile jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing;The coarsely crushed manganese ore is sieved by a vibrating screen sieve and then sent to a single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher by a belt conveyor for medium crushing;The crushed manganese ore material is sent to a multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing;
Second stage: milling
The 0-12 mm lead-zinc ore sieved through the vibrating screen is evenly sent to the scoring mill for grinding, and is sieved by a spiral classifier. If it does not meet the requirements, it is sent to the ball mill to continue grinding;
The third stage: dressing
The lead-zinc powder meeting the beneficiation requirements is sent to the magnetic separator for strong magnetic separation to remove the impurities, and the obtained lead powder and zinc powder are sent to the dryer for drying.
